  • What is Unlimited Open Play?

    • For the Unlimited Open Play Price of $15, you can stay as long as we are open that day! (based on our age restrictions)
    • Just like a pool hall; If a lane is open, you can walk on and play. Whoever wins gets to stay, losers have to call next on another lane.
    • Don’t get our of line after you call next, or you will lose your place.
    • Kids age 10+ can play everyday until 9PM!
    • Please note – Open Play Lanes are NOT yours exclusively. They are OPEN for other players to call next on.
  • How Do I Reserve a Lane?

    Visit us online to make a reservation www.fowlingwarehouse.com/atlanta/ or e-mail us reservations@fowlingatl.com

    You will be required to provide a debit/credit card and a 50% deposit to secure reservation.

  • How Many Lanes Do I Need to Reserve?

    Our policy is 10 players maximum per lane – No Exceptions

    If you aren’t sure of how many people you will have exactly, we RECOMMEND that you reserve an extra lane to ensure you can get your lanes together. For example, if you know 48 HOURS PRIOR to your reservation time that you will have 12 guests instead of the original estimated 22, you can call us to pull back your third lane. We will apply any deposit to the rest of your balance or issue a refund if necessary.

  • What Happens When Our Two Hour Reservation is Done?

    If you want to stay and play past your reservation time, we’d love to have you! You are welcome to continue play in the OPEN PLAY AREA at no additional fee, you are no longer on a reserved lane and will have to obey open play rules.

  • Wristband Policy?

    Our wristbands are non-transferable. If you have more players than the number of allotted wristbands, they may not play with you on your lane. They may spectate from outside the rink or participate in open play by purchasing an open play wristband.

  • What is the Spectator Policy?

    There is no charge for spectators who do not wish to play. If a spectator wishes to play after they have been given a spectator wristband, they must go back to the front desk to purchase the proper wristband for play. You’ll receive and OPEN PLAY wristband or a LANE RESERVATION wristband.

    (Lane reservation wristband only given if a part count isn’t at max.)

  • What is Cancellation Policy?

    You may cancel your reservation for a full refund if you cancel 48 HOURS PRIOR to your reservation start time. If you contact us less than 48 hours before your reservation time, we will do our best to accommodate your lane reservation rescheduling needs.  Management reserves the right to allow or deny rescheduling based on availability.

  • What is ID Policy?

    You must have a valid ID to enter. We will check everyone’s ID upon arrival at the front desk, regardless of age.

  • What is Late Arrival Policy?

    If you do not show up and pay your balance within 60 minutes of your reservation start time, you will lose your deposit and the right to the second hour of your reservation. You will not receive a refund or any deposit you have paid. If you are late, your reservation will still end at your designated time. At the end of your reservation, you may still continue play in the OPEN PLAY AREA.

  • What is No Show Policy?

    If you do not show up for your designated reservation time (and have not made arrangements with us prior), you are not eligible for a refund of your deposit or full payment.

  • Open Bar Tabs Policy

    If a guest does not close out the tab before they leave, we will close the tab at the end of the night and a 20% gratuity will be automatically added.

  • Table and Seating

    • We have a designated table for each reservation lane.
    • We have tables lined up for each reservation lane. The tables are for your use during your reservation period only (not for an hour before or an hour after your reservation time).
    • If you come in too early you may not be able to set up your area.
    • We recommend coming no more than 15 minutes prior to your reservation.
    • We do have a couple extra folding tables or rolling buffet tables, but these are reserved for larger parties of 4 lanes or more. If this interests you, please ask us!
  • Do You Serve Food?

    Great news!  You can eat anything you want at Fowling!   As we do not have a kitchen, we welcome you to bring your own food, or you can have whatever you want delivered or catered.  Please ensure you also have your own eating / serving utensils, plates, and napkins.

    **No outside beverages or beverage containers of any kind allowed in or out.  No personal liquid containers, styrofoam cups, coffee cups, water bottles, liquor or wine bottles in gift bags, etc. – None!!   Staff reserves the right to discard items, or require the items be taken back to your car.

     

  • Who Do You Recommend?

    We’re currently forging partnerships with the best delivery restaurants in the area. More to come.

  • Do You Have a Full Bar?

    Yes**

    Over 50+ domestic and craft beers, including our Mystery Beer Machine! The Mystery Beer Machine is the home of our $2 Mystery Beer. Full liquor selection, wine, soda, juice, and water. See Untappd.com for our full menu

    **No outside beverages or beverage containers of any kind allowed in or out.  No personal liquid containers, styrofoam cups, coffee cups, water bottles, liquor or wine bottles in gift bags, etc. – None!!   Staff reserves the right to discard items, or require the items be taken back to your car.

  • Can We Do an Open Bar Tab For Our Guest?

    Yes**

    We will ask for a credit card at the beginning of your reservation to begin your open bar tab. We will do our best to accommodate your bar needs so just ask us, but please know we do not offer package pricing.

    **No outside beverages or beverage containers of any kind allowed in or out.  No personal liquid containers, styrofoam cups, coffee cups, water bottles, liquor or wine bottles in gift bags, etc. – None!!   Staff reserves the right to discard items, or require the items be taken back to your car.

  • Is there are Military Discount?

    Yes, we offer a $10 open play rate to all active military veterans with valid military ID.
