Thursday & Friday 5 pm – Midnight
Saturday 12 p.m. – 1am

Additional on-call as needed for private events

Salary: $14 per hour

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing excellent customer service
• Walking customers to their assigned Fowling lanes & verbally explaining the rules and regulations of Fowling.
• Preparing our two private customer lounges by stocking with appropriate beverages and cleaning if necessary
• Providing excellent customer service
• Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of the floor areas, walkways, tables, and the Fōwling lanes. Throws away cups, cans, changes trash bags, operates floor cleaning equipment, sweeps, and mops throughout the facility.
• Become knowledgeable and efficient with the POS system and all other applications
• Performs other duties as assigned

Physical demands:

The Fowling Warehouse is equipped with two bars. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk for the duration of the shift. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10-15 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 15 pounds.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing excellent customer service
• Prepare and serve drinks for our customers in a timely manner
• Upselling drinks to maximize profits
• Keep bars stocked, bar equipment and working areas clean
• Become knowledgeable and efficient with the POS system and all other applications
• Ensure all areas of the bars are cleaned and sanitized, maintaining health code standards
• Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of the floor areas, walkways, tables, and the Fōwling lanes. Throws away cups, cans, changes trash bags, sweeps, and mops throughout the facility.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum age of 21 to serve alcohol in Indianapolis
• Must have a current Server’s License

• Answering inbound phone calls
• Responding to email inquiries if necessary on shift in an accurate and timely manner
• Become knowledgeable of the electronic waiver and point-of-sale systems
• Processing payments
• Greet customers as they enter the facility
• Check customers in with the point-of-sale system
• Scan and read customer’s ID’s
• Ensure every customer completes a waiver
• Issue wrist bands
• Directing customers to their appropriate Fōwling lane
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
