What is Fowling and how is it played?
Fowling is a unique game that combines elements of football, bowling, and horseshoes. Players take turns throwing a football to knock down bowling pins set up at the opposite end of a lane. The first player or team to knock down all of their pins before their opponents’ knock down all of their pins, wins. The staff will go over the rules upon arrival.

How many people can Fowling Warehouse accommodate for an event?
Fowling Warehouse Grand Rapids can accommodate groups from 2 to 900 people. The Fowling Warehouse facilities have multiple lanes and large spaces available for events. Our Grand Rapids location has 30 lanes within 45,000 square feet.

What types of events can be hosted at Fowling Warehouse?
Fowling Warehouse is a versatile venue that can host various events, such as team building activities, corporate meetings, trade shows, holiday parties, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, networking events, wedding and engagement parties, baby showers/diaper parties, anniversary and retirement celebrations, bar/bat mitzvahs, fundraising events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties.

What is the cost of renting a lane and what does that include?
Each Fowling lane is $130 and includes two hours of play time on a private lane, with adjacent tables and chairs. Each lane can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests. There is an option for early reservations before or after normal business hours for a slightly elevated rate of $160 per lane.

Can we bring our own food?
Yes, you can bring your own food or have it delivered or catered. This makes it a cost-effective option for group events.

What about drinks and bar services?
Fowling Warehouses have full-service bars with a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Some locations offer mystery beers for different tiers of pricing. NO OUTSIDE BEVERAGES OF ANY KIND ALLOWED. Full facility rentals come with a minimum bar spend to be discussed upon booking.
We are flexible in our bar offering options. You may choose an open bar tab where you as the host pay the tab, a cash bar where everyone pays their own way, or you may offer drink tickets. Drink tickets would be provided to each of your guests and actual drinks sold are tracked and paid for by one card at the end of the event.

Is there a meeting space available?
Yes, Fowling Warehouses have spaces for corporate meetings with screens, microphones and other equipment. The meeting spaces are large enough to accommodate large groups.

Is Fowling suitable for all ages and skill levels?
Fowling is designed to be accessible and fun for all ages and skill levels. It doesn’t require specialized skills and is easy for anyone to play. Guests must be 10 years old to play Fowling, and a minimum of 6 years old to enter the rinks. Ask us if your guests are under 10 years old, we do make exceptions. After 8 p.m. all guests must be 21+ years of age, although exceptions can sometimes be made, just ask us.

What is the cancellation policy?
Reservations may cancel for a full refund up to 48 hours prior to their reservation. If cancelled within 48 hours of the reservation, the deposit is forfeited but the reservation can be rescheduled.

What other features or amenities are available at Fowling Warehouse?
In addition to Fowling lanes and bar services, many locations have arcade areas, large screen televisions, plenty of seating and space to socialize, and climate control with heating and cooling. There are banners around the facility representing teams, businesses, and restaurants.
