Our FAQ

The total investment will range from $2,712,913 to $5,319,313. Specific details of these costs are listed within our Franchise Disclosure Document (“FDD”).

While success isn’t guaranteed, we offer a proven business model and strong franchise support. Income varies by location due to market size, demographics, and management. Our FDD provides financial performance data for our existing locations.

The franchise fee is $75,313 for your first warehouse.  Discounts are available for commitments to multiple locations (up to five).

Six percent (6%) of your sales.

An additional one-and-a-half percent (1.5%) fee is collected to specifically build the Fowling brand nationally.

Ten years, with two five-year renewal options.

The traditional Warehouse size is approximately 20,000-30,000 square feet.

On average, it will take about 12-24 months depending on how quickly you identify the right location.

Yes, but franchisees are limited to purchasing up to five (5) locations. 

A typical Fowling Warehouse will operate with 15-20 employees.  Most of those employees will be part-time. 

Franchisees must have a minimum of $1.5 million in liquid capital and a net worth of $4 million. Partner financial assets are considered collectively during the application review.

Fowling Warehouse provides comprehensive training covering operations, management, and marketing. This includes pre-opening training at corporate locations, on-site support during openings, and continuous online and in-person training updates. Regular workshops and access to a dedicated franchise manager are also provided.

Franchisees are granted exclusive territories where they operate without direct competition from other Fowling Warehouses. The size and scope of the territory depend on several factors including market size and potential.
