The cost of opening a Fowling Warehouse franchise varies depending on size and location, along with other factors. In order to be considered, you/your group must have $500,000 in net worth and $100,000 liquid assets in order to qualify. Financial requirements may be lower or higher depending on the transaction type.
The franchise fee is currently $50,000, and it is due upon full execution of the Franchise Agreement. Franchise Renewals occur every 5 years. Currently, the renewal fee is equal to 15% of the initial franchise fee being charged by Franchisor at the time of renewal.
All applicants who have identified a particular area as a location preference will be considered, when there is opportunity in that area. The most qualified applicants will be contacted for the first interview. Length of time that an applicant has been on file is not a consideration, so we are unable to quote timeframes or guarantee a candidate that they will ultimately be granted or chosen for an interview and/or approved for a franchise.
In addition to the initial franchise fee what are the payments I will be required to make throughout the term of the franchise agreement?
On-going payments include:
A monthly royalty fee of 5% of total gross sales for the term of the Agreement/License.
Potentially an advertising fee of a maximum of 3% of gross sales for the term of the License.
The term of the Franchise Agreement is 5 years with options to renew for additional 5 year terms.

If selected for further communication, the first contact from the Fowling Franchise will be a phone call from the Director of Business Development. This allows us to talk about the market you are interested in, and about your goals. We will ask a few basic questions to better understand why you want to join the Fowling Warehouse franchise. It is also an opportunity for you to discuss any questions or concerns that you may have with us.
3. In person interview/Meet & Greet
4. Formal Franchise Application (to be provided by Director of Business Development)
5. Background and Credit check
Before we move forward, we will use secure, third person parties to do background and credit checks.
6. If approved all franchise documentation will be provided to the potential franchisee and financial steps will be completed.
